HOW WE ASSURE QUALITY

Our quality is assured by 7 independently managed teams working seamlessly together in multi-layer quality assurance structure.

QA

The Quality Assurance (QA) team is responsible for the management and smooth running of the quality assurance system.

Calibration

The Calibration Management team is responsible for the management and maintenance of all measuring and monitoring equipment in the production process.

IQC + SQM

The Supplier Quality Management (SQM) and Incoming Quality Control (IQC) team are responsible for the quality of all material and other imports.

IPQC

The In-Process Quality Control (IPQC) team is responsible for the quality management, improvement and improvement of the manufacturing process, and carry out all-round quality monitoring.

IEL

The Independent Evaluation Lab (IEL) team is responsible for the evaluation of product quality and safety.

OQC

The Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) team is responsible for ensuring our quality meets customer requirements & expectations.

PM

The Product Management (PM) team establish and maintain good communication channels with our customers, ensuring our product positioning is in the best possible light to different market needs. PMS is also responsible for technical support and after-sales service.
